Delivery & Refund Policy

-Local Delivery (HoneyLibBook Street Run)

HoneyLibBook offers hand-delivered local service within selected Minneapolis-area neighborhoods.

Delivery zones, scheduling, and availability may vary based on capacity, distance, weather conditions, and operational needs.

All local delivery orders are subject to confirmation prior to dispatch.

Customers are encouraged to inspect items upon delivery.
Local delivery sales are considered final once accepted.

We do not accept returns for hand-delivered items.

- Payment for Local Orders

We accept:

• Credit / Debit (in-person)
• Venmo (payment must be confirmed before or at delivery)
• Cash (accepted for approved local deliveries)

Payment must be confirmed prior to or at the time of delivery.

HoneyLibBook reserves the right to decline or reschedule delivery if we do not receive confirmation.

-Local Cash Bonus

Cash payment is accepted for approved local deliveries.

Orders must be confirmed prior to dispatch.

Payment is due upon delivery.

If the customer is unavailable or unreachable at the scheduled delivery time, the order may be canceled or rescheduled at our discretion.

Future orders may require prepayment if previous delivery attempts were unsuccessful.

- Shipped Orders

Orders shipped via carrier services are eligible for refund requests within 7–10 days of confirmed delivery.

Returns are not required at this time.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and practicality.

HoneyLibBook reserves the right to approve, deny, or adjust refund decisions based on order history, documentation, and circumstances.

For quality assurance and business protection, HoneyLibBook documents orders, including packaging and delivery confirmation.

As a growing independent business, HoneyLibBook reserves the right to adjust delivery zones, payment options, refund considerations, and service terms as needed.
