This Return, Replacement & Refund Policy applies only to purchases made directly through the HoneyLibBook website.

Because HoneyLibBook offers different categories of products, eligibility for returns, replacements, refunds, and other resolutions depends on the product purchased, its condition, and the specific circumstances of each request.

Orders placed through Amazon, Etsy, or other third-party marketplaces are subject to the return and refund policies of those respective platforms.

 

 

Return Eligibility

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 15 calendar days from the date the order is marked as delivered.

Submitting a return request does not automatically guarantee approval.

Each request is reviewed individually based on the information available at the time of review.

To assist with the review process, HoneyLibBook may request information including, but not limited to:

• Order Number

• Description of the issue

• Photographs of the product

• Photographs of the packaging

• Photographs of the shipping label (when applicable)

• Any other information reasonably necessary to evaluate the request

 

 

Review Process

Every request is reviewed individually.

When evaluating a request, HoneyLibBook may consider factors including, but not limited to:

• Product type

• Product condition

• Nature of the reported issue

• Information provided by the customer

• Shipping circumstances

• Manufacturing or fulfillment issues, when applicable

• Any other information reasonably available during the review

HoneyLibBook may request additional information before making a final decision.

 

 

Resolution Options

If a request is approved, HoneyLibBook will determine the most appropriate resolution based on the specific circumstances of the order.

Depending on the situation, HoneyLibBook may provide one or more of the following:

• Product replacement

• Return authorization

• Partial refund

• Full refund

• Promotional coupon

• HoneyLibBook Gift Card

• Another reasonable resolution determined by HoneyLibBook

The availability, value, terms, and conditions of any promotional coupon, Gift Card, discount, or alternative resolution are determined solely by HoneyLibBook.

The resolution provided in one case does not create an obligation to provide the same resolution in future cases.

Not every approved request requires the product to be returned.

If HoneyLibBook determines that returning the product is unnecessary or impractical, an alternative resolution may be offered without requiring the product to be shipped back.

If a return is required, HoneyLibBook will provide return instructions before the product is returned.

Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

 

 

Return Shipping

Responsibility for return shipping costs will be determined after HoneyLibBook reviews the request.

If the approved request results from:

• an incorrect item shipped;

• a manufacturing defect;

• a fulfillment error;

• shipping damage occurring before delivery;

• or another issue determined to be outside the customer's reasonable control,

HoneyLibBook will determine the most appropriate return procedure and resolution.

If the approved request is not the result of an error by HoneyLibBook, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs and any associated expenses unless HoneyLibBook determines otherwise.

HoneyLibBook reserves the right to determine whether a physical return is necessary before authorizing return shipping.

 

 

Product Condition Requirements

Returned products must remain in substantially the same condition in which they were received.

Products may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund if they:

• have been used;

• have been worn;

• have been washed;

• have been written in;

• have been colored;

• have been highlighted;

• have been folded, altered, or modified;

• have been damaged after delivery;

• are missing components, accessories, inserts, or original packaging;

• cannot reasonably be resold as new.

Additional product-specific conditions described elsewhere in this policy continue to apply.

 

 

Non-Returnable Products

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or approved by HoneyLibBook after review, the following products are generally not eligible for return or refund:

• Digital products after delivery or download;

• Print-on-Demand products manufactured specifically for an individual order, except in cases involving verified manufacturing defects, fulfillment errors, damaged products, or incorrect items;

• Products showing evidence of use beyond reasonable inspection;

• Customized or personalized products;

• Products identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

 

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what was ordered, please contact HoneyLibBook as soon as reasonably possible within the applicable return period.

HoneyLibBook may request supporting information before determining an appropriate resolution.

Each request is reviewed individually.

 

 

Abuse of This Policy

HoneyLibBook reserves the right to deny any request for a return, replacement, refund, promotional coupon, Gift Card, or other resolution where there is reasonable evidence of:

• fraudulent activity;

• intentional misuse of products;

• repeated abuse of this policy;

• false or misleading information;

• attempts to obtain products, services, refunds, replacements, promotional benefits, or other compensation in a manner inconsistent with the purpose of this policy.

 

 

Final Determination

All return, replacement, refund, promotional coupon, Gift Card, and other resolution requests are reviewed individually.

HoneyLibBook reserves the right to determine:

• whether a request is eligible;

• whether a product must be returned;

• the most appropriate resolution;

• responsibility for return shipping costs;

• and the terms applicable to any replacement, refund, coupon, Gift Card, or other goodwill solution,

in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights that customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
